This volume follows the 2019 English release of volume 1, and the original Japanese release in 2017 by Kadokawa.
Stay Sexy & Don't Get Murdered: The Definitive How-To GuideI am the first person to admit that my obsession with true crime is a bit extreme and that my love of all things mystery, murder and crime is probably not the best thing for my psyche at time but, hey, it’s my thing. Apparently it is many other people’s “thing” as well seeing as how popular the podcast by the two authors has become and how they published a book about their lives. This isn’t the normal book you’ll see on our blog but as it was one of my most looked forward to and important reads of 2019 here I am reviewing it. Okay? Let’s dive in.

She Can Run (She Can...#1)I am a Melinda Leigh fan so I was very excited to start this series. While I wouldn’t say I was disappointed in this I didn’t love it immediately either.
Save Your Breath (Morgan Dane #6)Okay. Okay. So….I think this is the final book in the series. I am unsure if I’m willing to let these characters go just yet but, honestly, Melinda Leigh did such a fantastic job I can’t complain if this is the actual end.
Survival InstinctsOkay, where do I begin with this? When I put in the request for this book on NetGalley I was so excited to see that my request was approved. After getting the copy sent to my kindle I finished the books I’d been reading and then sat back, ready to dive into this story.
Kakushigoto: My Dad's Secret Ambition, Vol. 1A wonderful story filled with funny happenstances and heartwarming moments, Kakushigoto by Koji Kumeta, is sure to bring some joy to your bookshelves. Koji Kumeta is also the talent behind two other series, Katteni Kaizo and Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei. Kakushigoto is set for an anime adaptation airing this spring, April 2020 from Funimation.
Secrets Never Die (Morgan Dane #5)Here we are with book number five in the series and I really couldn’t be more pleased to say that I enjoyed this book just as I have every other book so far. Morgan, Lance and Sharp make an incredible team and I adore their dedication to finding the truth, to their clients and to each other.
