A coffee table book that’s sure to be a talking point in dull moments, How to Piss Off Men by Kyle Prue is an entertaining read for any lazy afternoon.

This book is filled with exactly what the cover claims: short phrases, sayings, or sentences that will piss off men near and far of any age and any background. Now, this was written all in good fun, of course, and was, in fact, written by a man.

Each phrase or sentence being highlighted is bolded (and hilarious). Below that is a section where the author talks about why or how this will piss off a man, funny anecdotes, and the like. This not only explains the rationale behind the author’s choices in what to add but also adds an immense amount of humor.

One of the things I appreciate about the ‘why this will piss off a man’ sections, is that the author is very open about when one of the lines was used on him and did, in fact, make him feel some kind of way. It’s all written in good humor, and makes each section all the more entertaining.

This is the perfect book to keep in your living room and pull out to entertain friends with. I’ve gotten a ton of mileage with How to Piss Off Men doing just that. It would also make a great gift if you’re looking to get siblings and friends something. If you stumble across a copy of this out in the wild, I highly recommend picking up a copy.
